Dull, dark and pigment skin are caused By Overexposure to sun rays, Pollution around us, stress, wrong product and diet chosen. Here i share some tips for glowing skin and face whitening.
Get enough sleep
If you don't get 7 to 9 hours of enough sleep your complex can look dull and dark circle form around your eyes. Good sleeps boost yours blood flows to the skin, which its makes your skin glowing.
Drinking water
Drink enough quantity of water for hydrated and radiant skin. You must drink atleast 3 liter of water in a day to keep your body hydrated, , which improve the texture of your skin by flush out toxic.
Sunscreen lotion
Direct exposure of the sun causes tanning, pigmentation and early signs of ageing to prevent this apply sunscreen lotion all over your body, wear scarf to protect your skin from sun and pollution.
Moisturize your skin
We can use moisturizer or oils twice a day to your skin moisturise, which help you get rid of dryness and flaky skin. It makes your skin appear radiant and boost the complex of your skin.
Massage your face
To lighten your skin tone massage your skin daily with honey and few drops of lemon juice in circular motion for 10 minutes. If you have dry skin add 2 tablespoons olive oil. Rinse your face with normal water. It improve your dark skin complex to fair skin complex.
Facial stream
Facial steam is a deep cleansing method, which helps to open your pores and clear all the dirt. Boil the lemon peel into the water and then use the water to steam your face.wipe your face with soft wet towel. The vitamin C of lemon will increase the complex of your skin.
