- Choose shampoo and conditioner formulas based on your hair type like dry or oily hairs.
- Shampoo and conditioner make your hair dull, rough and frizzy. Choose sulphate free shampoo it makes hair smooth and shine. Sulphate are used in laundry detergents and hard soaps. It's hard cleanser make your hair dull and dry. Sillicon are added into conditioner to make hair shine and smooth, after that it deposits into hair cause hair fall so use sillicon free conditioner.
- Don't use shampoo daily it pulls oil from the scalps so use it once or twice a week. Check your scalp if it's oily then use sulphate free shampoo. Use it only for scalps and not for in tip. Scalps absorb oil and nourish your hair.
- Apply hair sillicon free conditioner after shampooing your hair. It used in tip of the hair to control the hair moisture. Don’t use on scalp, apply conditioner on hair tips for 2to5minutes.
- Oiling the hair is daily life routine and make your hair shine. Apply oil on your scalps and massage it for 1 hours before taking bath. It reduces your damaged hairs and gives soothing and shining your hairs.

- Divide the hair into two section and remove tangles from top to bottom using wide wooden tooth comb. While removing tangles without pulling out comb out. Don't comb frequently it's increase friction to your hair and damaged it.
- Eat food rich in protein, fatty acid, iron and omega-3.Curry leaf is rich in protein and beta-carotene prevent hair fall and good antioxidant.Drink plenty of water to hydrate your hair.
- Massaging scalp increases blood circulation and reproduce hair regrowth. Place your finger on scalp and rub gentle with circular motion. Enhanced massage with coconut oil nourishes your hair.
- Trim off your end split hair regularly its removed damage hair. Trimming off hair every month gives shine look appearance.
